[La Porte, Indiana]  – Jaeger-UniTek Sealing Solutions, Inc., a leader in advanced sealing and manufacturing solutions, recently announced a planned leadership transition. Effective January 5, 2026, Colton Phelan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mark Dilley, who is retiring after more than three decades of service to the company and the sealing industry.

Mark Dilley’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the organization as it exists today. Dilley previously served as CEO of American Rubber Company, which was later acquired by Jaeger-UniTek Sealing Solutions, Inc., with Dilley continuing to serve as CEO for many years. Under his guidance, the organization expanded its capabilities, strengthened customer partnerships, and built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and engineering excellence within the sealing industry.

Succeeding Dilley, Colton Phelan brings 11 years of experience with Jaeger-UniTek Sealing Solutions, Inc., including the past three years as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Phelan led sales strategy, strengthened key customer relationships, and supported sustained growth across core markets. His deep understanding of the business, customers, and company culture positions him well to lead the organization into its next phase.
